"Why in the world would you want to do this? Why would you put yourself back out into public life?" 

The answer for me is simple.  I look around at the events happening in our country and shake my head just like many of the people I know and live around.  Whether it's a headline in the news, or social media, or even a story that is NOT in the news when it should be, it feels like our country and our American way of life is trying to be changed so radically on so many fronts,  it feels chaotic. I can sit back and complain about the state of things, or I can step forward and do something to be part of the solution.  My choice doesn't make me any better of a person than anyone else, it just means I'm capable and willing to represent the values I grew up with living in Warren County.  If you meet me in person, you might hear me say "I'm no different than you, the issues that bother you are the issues that bother me."  It's not a talking point, it's truth.  If that resonates with you, I'm volunteering to be your voice in Jefferson City.
